If more white people would embrace the benefits of psychedelics over harmful SSRIs and other harmful substances, America would begin to right it's course. Amazing how the answers hide right under our nose sometimes

15 years ago, I met Fred and participated in a sweat ceremony in the East Bay. I brought another older friend of mine with many years experience and participation in native ceremonies. One thing I tell people who want to attend any ceremony is you have to keep your eyes and ears open observing everything going on. Not all is good, spiritual or holy. Everyone in the sweat was white too. 😂 My friend and I were the only Mixed Blood Natives in attendance. We saw some things (which I will not speak on) in a public forum. Fred said that he'd hate to run into us in a dark alley. Funny because we the first to arrive before the sweat, to help out. He was very intimidated with our presence. Guess we looked scary. 😅 Fact. Anyone who has real medicine has nothing to fear. Not unless they are hiding something. We carried medicine too. Needless to say, We completed the sweat and promptly left. Didn't stick around for the potluck. Never went back either.

@nostalgiatrip7331 First of all, the man is deceased. I don't need to speak about things that happened in the past. Second, who the hell are you? Why should I give you details? No profile, huh? Just some random troll talking out the side of your neck.

I was saddened to learn that Fred passed on to the Spirit World today in Oklahoma. As your email said, “He leaves a trail of stars behind, having touched literally thousands of lives. His spirit lives on in each and every one of us.” He hosted sweats here in Berkeley for years. I am grateful to have attended a few and learned much from his wisdom. In gratitude and with prayers to his family & all who loved him🕊

We are fortunate to have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights article 18 which is our religious rights and freedoms. Within the United States of America we have the 1st amendment to the bill of rights which is our religious freedom and rights within the United States of America. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is on an International level and is recognized by the United Nations. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a really good document. Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt is a genius. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights has a preamble to it with 30 different articles under it.

I did a vison quest by myself at a what some consider a sacred location in Winnipeg, at the Forks, Spirit Island. At the convergence of the two rivers Assiniboine and the Red and I loved it. I did the 4 days and had a beautiful experience with nature, animals and weather. It was early Spring, in March, as I recall snow still being on the ground where I placed my tent.

Thank you, blessings Brother! I was led here, being led. Now I understand what just happened much better! As Chief Ouray and Chipeta are in charge. They are excellent teachers. I'm kind of along for this ride. So this is what was happening?! Wow. The Great Creator is amazing!!! Talk about love! I love my family! Thank you! I still am trying to interpret as we go. I'm even speaking Lakota, being told by Spirit what it is. When I look what I said up, there is. Wow. This is amazing! Yah, the Great Creator, bless you all! Thank you so much! All through our ancestors' guidance! (I am a scattered and solitude one, and don't think the tribe even wants me, as how I've been treated so far ...but my ancestors do! I was told to pray in Lakota, and a lovely Sister heard, she is helping much too. Wow, they had me do it all, the fasting, everything. Spot on. Nuts!!! So that is what has been happening. Sure would like one to discuss what I learned, and the 3 animals. Chipmunk, Hawk, Eagle, and Sparrow. HalleluYAH!! Yah bless you, in the name of the Great Spirit Yahashua Jesus! Thank you again! 🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼✝ 📯📯📯📯📯📯🕊

For anyone having a hard time fasting without food and water i recommend practicing for one day then two days and slowly work your way to where four days is a peace of cake. Ive have fasted for four days and nights without food and water. Was a magnificient magical expierence real life changing. At first I wasn't use to being in nature or fasting so i recommend slowly getting use to being in nature and fasting because the sounds are different then living in the city. This experience has showed me how powerful we really are and what the mind can achieve from experience.
